Pastor Dan answers kid's big questions about the Coronavirus

The Coronavirus has had a huge impact on our daily home life, and kids are asking big questions.
Questions like, "Why did God allow this to happen?" and "Why doesn't God stop the virus?"
Pastor Dan offers counsel and comfort in the video to our Centerpoint Kids.

Kid's Ministry

Kid’s Ministry at Centerpoint is committed to partnering with parents to bring Gospel truths into the lives of our children so that they might ‘Know Christ and Make Him Known’ to their world. All teaching is gospel centered, seeking to teach children to know and love God’s word for life. We encourage parent participation on every level of Children Ministry and all workers, teachers and assistants are background checked and trained prior to service.

  • The Reign Forest

The Reign Forest, where Jesus Reigns, provides a safe loving environment for children ages 0 through 6 years to learn that Jesus made them, He loves them, and wants to be their Forever Friend. Committed parents and teachers spend time playing, teaching, and worshiping with our youngest children.

Sign-In: A secure sign-in is in place for all the Reign Forest ministry. Please visit the colorful Reign Forest desk where you will be asked to fill out a Reign Forest Visitor Card letting us know any needs or requests you may have and receive a three digit check in tag for each child. The tag matches the one on your child and helps ensure safe pick up.

  • Kids Quest

Kids Quest is an exciting action packed environment where parents and dedicated teachers help children learn to place their trust in Christ and grow in their friendship with Him through gospel-centered Bible teaching, prayer, missions, and worship.

Sign In: Kids Quest, ages 7-10 years, are classes grouped by age. These classes are located upstairs using the door beside the Kids Quest sign in the foyer. Each child is signed in and out at the door of their classroom and the ages are clearly marked on the door. You will be asked to fill out a Kids Quest visitor card, which lets us know of any special physical or learning needs your child has.

  • Middle Ministry

Middle Ministry offers a fast-paced, safe, environment to navigate the pre-teen and early teen years. Parents, gifted teachers, and strong mentors help these students treasure Christ above all else, grow in their knowledge of God's word, and form encouraging friendships with their peers.

Sign In: Middle School, ages 11-13 years, meets upstairs in the Youth Room. Middle School students are not required to sign in and are only released at the end of the service. Special Needs: If your child has a special need or requirement, we want to help. Please let us know on the Visitor Card.

If your child requires a setting or a ratio that is different that a classroom might provide, we are happy you help. Please feel free to email the Children's Ministry Director, Lori, at to discuss your specific needs.
